We have some availability for Guides to stay in Roberts podded village at our county camp (GLOW) for 2 night stays – Initially it is for Sunday 09 August (10.30am- tbc) – Tuesday 11 August (10.00 – tbc). Please indicate if you would be interested in being told if the 07 – 09 Aug becomes available.
Bookings will be on a first come first served basis, so book early to guarantee your places. There is space for 52 girls plus adults, but this could decrease if we have more adults. There could be extra space in Yorks podded village. We may have space from 07 – 09 August but will open up when Brownies confirm their numbers for Yorks podded village.
Dates:-
Sun 09 August – Tues 11 August
Full day of activities on Sunday and Monday including the fun fair and stalls on the Sunday.
( For info day visits by Rainbows, Brownies and Guides are on the Sunday)
Costs will be:-
Podded village:- You will be sharing with other groups so we will discuss with the leaders as to whether you need someone to cook for all of you or whether you can do it between you,
Girls £110 + £20 catering
Adults – £45 + £20 catering
Camping – 4 nights 07 – 11 August:-
It is still possible to book for camping (self catering). At present we are just booking for 4 nights but will review in February to see if we can accommodate camping for 2 nights. We would prefer Guide Units to camp for 4 nights but happy for individuals within that unit to camp for 2 nights, but to leave the tents standing when they leave. Transportation costs are not included.
A payment form will be sent to you after registration to return to glow@girlguidingworcs.org.uk with details of what you are paying for. FINAL NUMBERS required by 30 April 2026.
