We have provisionally booked 2 weekends for these events ( 4 – 5 Oct and 11 – 12 Oct 2025) but need a minimum of 185 people for each weekend.
Please specify which weekend you would prefer and when we have enough numbers we will confirm which one you are booked onto. If you can go on either date please tick both.
There is a large non-refundable deposit to pay to Drayton Manor so we want to be certain that we will fill the places first.
Please let us have your estimated numbers asap so that we can confirm dates with Drayton Manor – we would require a non refundable deposit of £25 per girl/adult by the end of April. This can be transferred to another girl if they pull out. Final payment by 05 Sep 2025.

Leaders that require access to the park would be the same price.
They have offered a catering only package for those support staff that do not wish to enter the park for £40
Transport to the venue will be extra.
Just to remind you that Midlands Region have a ‘Making a Difference’ grant for girls and adults that would not be able to participate in a future event without financial assistance
