Food and transportation will be on top of this price.

Please note that Brownies and Guides will be on different camp sites.  Rangers will have the choice of camping on same site as Services Team or on a separate camp site for Rangers (depending on numbers booked)

SERVICE TEAM INFORMATION

We are looking for approx 20 people to be part of the Site Service Team – see separate booking form ( 14 years+) – link – cost will be £100 plus catering (if required, £25) for up to 6 nights which will include some activities.  Examples of things that the Service Team will be asked to do can be found here

EVENT TEAM/VOLUNTEERING AT THE CAMP

We are also looking for people to be part of the events team.  You can choose when you would like to help on the camp and what team you would like to be involved with.

Please see volunteering – link– there will be a cost involved if you want accommodation and food depending on the amount of time that you are there – please check FAQs.

Just to remind you that Midlands Region have a ‘Making a Difference’ grant for girls and adults that  would not be able to participate in a future event without financial assistance
