Girlguiding Worcestershire is part of the largest voluntary youth organisation dedicated completely to girls and young women in the UK.

We enable girls and young women to develop their potential and make a difference in their local communities. Girls learn new skills, try new things, take on new challenges and have plenty of fun along the way.

Girlguiding Worcestershire is proud to have been giving girls fantastic experiences since 1915.

Young Leader

Young Leader (14-17)

There are so many opportunities for our young members to get involved with leadership. From 10 Guides can become Rainbow or Brownie helpers and from 14 girls can become young leaders. Young leaders make a big difference to their units, as well as gaining great skills for themselves. You do not have to be a Ranger to become a young leader.
